Frieda is a native Virginian, born and raised in Alexandria. She has also lived in the southwest part of the state and now makes her home in central Virginia. The healing arts are a tradition in her family. Her grandfather was valued by his community for his ability to “blow the fire out of the burn” and to “stop blood”. Since her teen years, Frieda has had prophetic dreams, but she did not begin to pursue her call to healing until 2001. Shortly after her mother passed on, Frieda felt that this gentle, guiding spirit was encouraging her to investigate Reiki. As she received her attunements and progressed through the Reiki levels, her gifts unfolded and magnified. Always seeking to increase her abilities to help and to heal, Frieda has received her certifications in several modalities such as Usui & Lightarian Reiki, Dolphin and Tibetan Reiki, and Magnified Healing. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist. Guided by the Archangel Michael, Frieda created the “Shield of St. Michael”, to help a friend repair and strengthen her aura. Responding to the needs of family and friends has lead to the creation of other mists and elixirs. Frieda is assisted in her work by the elementals, spirits, angels, nature and the weather. Her mother’s and grandfather’s spirit frequently guide her with her life’s work. Frieda gains support and strength from her husband Michael, their four-legged children, Cody and Sage, and her caring friends. |
